Jurisdiction For Dispute
Abundance Employee Benefits is a corporation under the laws of Canada incorporated as Abundance Wealth Management Ltd. The Site is physically maintained and operated by Abundance Employee Benefits within the Province of British Columbia, Canada. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and should be treated as a British Columbia contract without reference to the principals of conflicts of law. All disputes arising from or in connection with the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia to finally adjudicate any legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Site. Any disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of British Columbia.
